Check Point's first Mac product, a 1.0 from a company that has never done Mac development. I recall a couple of years ago when the CheckPoint firewall ate its own configuration file and caused a large scale outage. Not impressed. Was always buggy and temperamental. Am I going to trust my data and Mac operations to it... Will it break with every system update? Thanks anyway, PGP has been on the Mac since day one for the product and this month they come out with Whole Disk Encryption as an **update** to their already existing tried and true full featured (includes external disk encryption, email encryption, instant messaging encryption, open source free feature set in a commercial product, yadda yadda) There has never been a better time to wait for the 2.0 than when you are trusting your entire system stability and all of your data to a product like this.
