Apple pulls Boot Camp beta
October 23rd, 2007 by MacFixIt
Concurrent with the public release of Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), Apple will no longer support the Boot Camp beta for prior versions of Mac OS X (including Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger). This means that while current installations of Boot Camp will continue to function properly under Mac OS X 10.4.x, the Boot Camp beta assistant will cease to properly function, disallowing the creation of new Boot Camp partitions, the ability to apply Boot Camp updates and more.
As part of this transition, Apple has now pulled the Boot Camp beta from its own servers. This means that if you've reinstalled Mac OS X 10.4.x or purchased a new Mac OS X 10.4.x system, you can no longer download the Boot Camp beta directly and make use of it until the release of Leopard.
There are still mirrors of the latest beta available, though Apple may soon request that they be withdrawn.

Sherene, did you get an email receipt when you bought the product. I am assuming it is an iTunes voucher. I would suggest you reply back to the email you received when you bought the itunes voucher and explain the situation.
