Apple release new high-end desktops

Apple Australia today released a new range of high-end Mac Pro PCs with quad-core Intel processors.

Featured in the new Mac Pros are two Xeon 5300 quad-core chips clocking in at 3.0 ghz, with the ability to add 16GB of RAM and 3TB of hard drive space.

The high-end workstation won't come cheap with prices starting at $3,999.00 and escalating when increased performance options are added.
